8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in effect.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between us regarding our Website, and supersedes and replaces any prior agreements, oral or otherwise, regarding the Website.
