At Sands Creek, we strive for client satisfaction with our architectural and design services. However, due to the nature of our work, which involves the creation of custom designs and the investment of time and resources, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Design Services

Refunds for design services are generally handled on a case-by-case basis and are typically limited, particularly once work has commenced.

Initial Consultation/Discovery Phase: If a client cancels before any significant design work has begun (beyond the initial consultation), a partial refund of any upfront fees may be considered, less any costs incurred for the consultation itself.

Design Development: Once the design process is underway, which may include the creation of preliminary sketches, 2D plans, or 3D models, refunds are typically not issued for the work completed to that point.

Final Deliverables: No refunds are typically offered once final design documents, blueprints, or other agreed-upon deliverables have been provided to the client.

2. Cancellation

Cancellation of services is governed by the terms outlined in the individual Project Agreement. Any fees associated with cancellation will be as specified in that agreement.

3. Dissatisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with the Services provided, please contact us immediately to discuss your concerns. We are committed to working with you to address any issues and find a satisfactory resolution. This may include revisions or alternative solutions, as outlined in your Project Agreement.

4. Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, such as a fundamental inability to provide the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen reasons on our part, a refund may be considered. Any such refunds will be at the sole discretion of Sands Creek.

5. How to Request Consideration for a Refund

Any requests for consideration of a refund must be submitted in writing via email to sandscreekcorp@gmail.com and should clearly state the reasons for the request along with any supporting documentation.

Please note that this Refund Policy is a general guideline and the specifics regarding refunds for your project will be detailed in your individual Project Agreement. Please refer to that agreement for the terms applicable to your specific engagement with Sands Creek.
